2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share accounts or use another user’s account without permission.

3. Use of Service

By accessing StudioRent, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Bookings

StudioRent helps users discover and book studio time and related services. Availability, pricing, and booking rules are presented during the booking flow and may vary by listing.

• Bookings are hourly with clear pricing and time windows.
• Cancellations may incur fees as stated during checkout.
• You are responsible for arriving on time and complying with the studio’s on-site rules communicated in the listing or during check-in.
• If you request changes to a booking, approval depends on availability and the listing’s policies.

5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

Prices are displayed before you confirm a booking. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings, including applicable taxes and fees. Where required, you authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

• Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account limitations while we investigate.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt operations. You agree not to:

• Access or use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by introducing malware.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as permitted by applicable law and with our prior written consent.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

7. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content (such as reviews, messages, or support requests), you represent you have the right to do so and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for user content you submit, the Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by StudioRent and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law.

• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including liability limitations and dispute provisions.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Liability

We provide the service as-is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioRent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudioRent and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
